Gather & Grow Birth Community’s antenatal courses are priced at £235. Details of what is included in a course can be found here.

Payment is due at the time of booking a place on a course.

Your place on a course is confirmed once payment has been received - either in full or the first instalment has been made.

Payments are taken via Stripe.

Refunds are available within 14 days of booking. After this time, all bookings are non-refundable unless an exceptional circumstance arises and is discussed with Gather & Grow Birth Community who will decide at their discretion.

We know things can happen, and in pregnancy nothing is certain, so if you need to cancel, please let us know via email at your earliest convenience.

If you cannot attend one session, we will provide you with the learning materials from the class and arrange a catch up call at a time that suits both parties.

There will be no refunds for no shows to classes where no prior notice has been given.

If we need to cancel a course, a full refund will be provided. Alternatively, you will be offered a place at another course or offered a 1:1 private course if this is more convenient.

If a session or course needs to be postponed or rearranged or a there is a venue change, Gather & Grow Birth Community will liaise with you via email and phone at the earliest opportunity to ensure you can still attend.

Gather & Grow Birth Community antenatal classes are run by a FEDANT-accredited birth worker not a medical professional. They provide evidence-based general information about pregnancy, labour, and life with a newborn.

By signing up for a course and agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, you confirm your understanding that no medical advice will be given during the antenatal course.

It is your responsibility to seek medical advice from your own midwife and healthcare team during your pregnancy.

Babies do not always come when expected - should your baby arrive partway through a course and you feel you would like to, you are very welcome to attend with your baby. Alternatively we may be able to provide you with the remaining session materials and a postnatal visit or catch up call.

At some courses we will be joined by a photographer to capture moments from the teaching to be used on our website and social media channels.

It is your right to decline to be included in these photos. You will have the chance to opt out at the time of a photographer being present.

Our antenatal classes are open to every birthing person and their partners and offers a safe and respectful environment in which to learn about birth and life with a newborn.

We expect all our clients to join us in this and to treat each other with respect.

We have zero tolerance for abuse of any kind and have the right to take the necessary steps should a situation arise.
